וְהֽוּא־הִכָּה֩ אֶת־הָאִ֨ישׁ הַמִּצְרִ֜י אִ֥ישׁ מִדָּ֣ה ׀ חָמֵ֣שׁ בָּאַמָּ֗ה וּבְיַ֨ד הַמִּצְרִ֤י חֲנִית֙ כִּמְנ֣וֹר אֹרְגִ֔ים וַיֵּ֥רֶד אֵלָ֖יו בַּשָּׁ֑בֶט וַיִּגְזֹ֤ל אֶֽת־הַחֲנִית֙ מִיַּ֣ד הַמִּצְרִ֔י וַיַּהַרְגֵ֖הוּ בַּחֲנִיתֽוֹ׃
Und er tötete einen Ägypter, einen Mann von großer Statur, fünf Ellen hoch; und auf ägyptisch's Hand war ein Speer wie ein Weber's Strahl; und er ging mit einem Stab zu ihm hinunter und pflückte den Speer aus dem Ägypter's Hand und tötete ihn mit seinem eigenen Speer.
